CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Cancellations are to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. I have a strict 10 minute grace period. In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, I have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Being tardy throws off my entire schedule and pushes other clients behind. Please be considerate and be on time! No Shows/ Cancellations within 24Hrs will result in a $50-$60 deposit. I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER NAIL TECHS WORK! If you book a full set, you must come with bare nails, or let me know if you need a soak off. No left over acrylic or gel please! If you do have acrylics on please contact me first before booking.
